aka the not-so-fun but super important part

Since all my products are digital (yay for instant downloads!), all sales are final. That means no refunds, returns, or exchanges—once you hit download, it’s yours forever. 

BUT! I’m not a robot—I’m a real human who wants you to love what you get. If something’s wonky with your file (tech glitch, formatting fail, digital gremlin attack—you name it), just shoot me a message. I’ll make it right, pinky promise.
